About Rob Penrose

Rob was born and raised in Sonoma County, which gives him a unique perspective on the Real Estate and Mortgage industry and insight on issues and concerns local families have when purchasing or refinancing their home.

Rob graduated from Montgomery High School, and received his Economics Bachelors from Chico University.  After graduation, Rob returned to Santa Rosa and acquired his Real Estate license in 1994.  Since then, he has been a member of the Platinum Circle every year through 2006.  Rob earned "Top Producer" honors in 2006, with 200 closed loans and $70 million in sales volume!

Rob is involved in his community as well, as a member of the Active 20/30 Club, he has served many capacities, including President, President Elect, 2nd Vice President, Chairman of the Christmas Tree Lighting, Chairman of the Windsor Water Parks Event, Chairman of the Youth Benevolent Fund, and as a board member.  Rob was voted Member of the Year for 2003 in club #50.  Rob has also given back to his high school alma mater serving on the Montgomery High Boosters club.

When Rob isn't busy finding a loan that's right for you, he enjoys playing golf, working out, and reading.  Rob's wife Keri, a professor at Santa Rosa Junior College, was born and raised in Santa Rosa.  Their son, Mitchell, plays basketball and runs track as a freshman at Montgomery High School.
